Don't just need one or two badges but need enough for a full racing suit? This product listing is for a set of badges of up to 8x small (Largest dimension up to 100mm) and 4x large (Largest dimension up to 350mm) badges. Printed onto a strong, easy to stitch and water resistant material, our badges are a great way to personalise your suit.
How to Order:
When purchasing graphics from us online, you'll need to send us all all the information we need to produce the products - depending on the product we may require an artwork file and/or written instructions. This product requires BOTH artwork and instructions. As soon as your online order has been created, send us the artwork and instructions to go with your order via email to artwork@unlimitedindustries.co.uk, quoting your order number as the email subject. If there's more than one item in your order that needs instructions, be sure to tell us which set of instructions corresponds to each item. As with our individual badge products, when ordering this badge set you'll need to send us the artwork for each badge. Once we've received each artwork we'll then convert it to badge form, leaving a 4mm border around any text to allow for the thread lines. Our badges roll off our printer in untrimmed, grid from but for an extra £5.00 per badge set we'll trim each badge so that it's completely finished and ready to sew onto your suit.
When ordering custom sew on badges, we'll need to know the following instructions:
1. The maximum height and maximum width that each badge can be. We'll do our best to fill the dimensions, however in some cases we may not necessarily use all of the space in order to maintain legibility and proportions.
2. If you'd like each badge to be of rectangular/square shape or contour cut (the outer shape of the decal follows the shape of your logo).
3. If the background colour in your artwork is correct, or if you'd like a different decal background colour (we can only change background colours on vector artwork). For example, if you send us an artwork file that is black text on a white background, you'll need to tell us if you're happy for the decal to have a white background (you may wish to change it to red, yellow, etc.)
We can recreate almost any logo and any colour with our badges, however there are some exceptions. Special effects such as fluorescent/neon colours, metallics, pearlescents or chromes cannot be reproduced in badge form, although we should be able to offer you a very close alternative.
